Refund policy
We want you to love your Snuggle. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

Unused and unworn

In its original packaging
-
In the same condition you received it
-
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Shipping the item back to us will be made by the customer, who will bear the return shipping fees.
To start a return, email us at info@mysnuggle.ae. Once we review your request, we’ll let you know if your return is approved. If approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Snuggle arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
We do not accept returns on:

Final sale items

Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item (if eligible), and once accepted, place a new order for the item you’d like.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. Refunds will only be given for items that are unused and unworn.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the refund.
